MAKING UP THE ORDER:

Please note these items are made to order, which generally takes about a 3 - 4 weeks currently for: Kamado / Outdoor Kitchen / Ooni & Grill tables.

As soon as the order is made up and ready to be dispatched, we will contact you to arrange a mutually suitable time to deliver. These items are delivered by a member of our team and will be shipped fully assembled. They will need a hand offloading the item. Please ensure that there is access to the property through which the item will fit. Please note that some of these items can weigh in the area of 200kgs.

We will need an email address and telephone number for the courier company to send you notifications of delivery as well as getting in touch in case of any problems.

Please note also, these are bespoke and made to order. Once ordered we are unable to accept any returns due to mis measuring, incorrect colour choice etc. Please ensure you are happy with the product before purchasing. Should a defect arise as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow oral or written instructions as to the storage of use of the Good(s), the item will not be eligible for refund or return. We may advise of a course of action to help rectify any issue that arises, at the cost of the purchaser.

DELIVERY:

We currently only deliver to mainland UK. We cannot deliver to: Northern Ireland, Some postcodes in the Highlands, Islands, Some Scottish postcodes (please enquire if unsure)

Delivery is weekdays only, no Saturday deliveries

Delivery is pre-arranged for these units and changing the delivery date may incur additional charges.

The delivery driver will need a hand offloading for larger items.

For delivery purposes these are sent flat pack and some assembly will be required, legs need fixing to bench top. A 17mm spanner and assembly instructions are sent with the order.

As soon as the order is made up and ready to be dispatched, we will message courier and tracking details. We will need an email address and telephone number for the courier company to send you notifications of delivery as well as getting in touch in case of any problems. The items are heavy and some might need a hand offloading at the delivery end.

• Do you install

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t generally install regular shelves. Bespoke shelving units could be fitted at an additional mutually agreed upon price, as can Fire surrounds. We will help set up tables and units if it is us that deliver to you and not a third party delivery company.

• How do your deliveries work?

We can deliver locally within a certain distance from our workshop. For larger items, we generally group deliveries in the same location together.

We value each and every customer. Items are made from new and reclaimed wood which has either been kiln dried or naturally dried. With some reclaimed timber there will be evidence of previous use, which means that you can expect to find stipples, scratches, stains and marks. We take pride in highlighting some of these features, and do our best to select the best pieces of any timber for each item we make.

As wood ages and with seasonal changes occasionally planks can twist, bow or move. Please ensure you have read the care instructions attached to each listing. We will not accept any responsibility for issues that arise as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow oral or written instructions as to the storage of use of the Good(s), the item will not be eligible for refund or return. We may advise of a course of action to help rectify any issue that arises, at the cost of the purchaser.

Please note the grain and look of the wood will vary from item to item as each one is individually handmade to order and also the sizes might vary very slightly due to the nature of the wood.
