All timber is dried to a moisture content of 10% or less, this will hopefully stop the wood from bowing, splitting or cracking. It is up to the buyer to ensure the product being kept in a moisture free & stable environment regarding heat. A full set of care instructions will be sent on dispatch.

Please note items are made to order, it generally takes about a 14 - 21 days. As soon as the order is ready, we will message courier & tracking details. We need contact details for delivery notification. All items are made to order. Once ordered we cannot accept returns due to mis measuring, incorrect colour choice etc.
